Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Pipeline Position
$18.00 - $23.00/hour | Full-time and Part-time Opportunities
Location: Highview in the Woodlands | Rockton, IL

This is a pipeline position designed to build a strong pool of qualified candidates for upcoming openings. While we regularly hire for CNA roles, specific shift availability is not guaranteed at the time of application .

Applicants must be flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts , which may include:

• 6:00am – 2:30pm
• 2:00pm – 10:30pm
• 10:00pm - 6:30am

As positions become available, candidates from this pipeline will be considered for placement based on current staffing needs.

• Provide hands-on assistance with personal care, including bathing, toileting, meals, and mobility
• Monitor resident needs and follow infection control practices
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Communicate effectively and respond compassionately to residents
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care

• Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois (required)
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days (required)
• Clean IDPH background record (required)
• Previous hospital or senior care experience (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
