Position Overview

The Office Manager plays an important role in keeping our Fort Worth office running smoothly and supporting the teams that deliver engineering and environmental services to our clients. This leadership opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized working with people and taking ownership of day-to-day office operations. Youll gain hands-on experience with administrative processes reporting employee support and office coordination while learning how our business operates and contributing to the overall success of the Fort Worth branch.

Responsibilities

Maintain office productivity supply ordering equipment maintenance event planning and policy compliance.
Prepares invoices proposals and reports and supports collection processes as needed.
Maintatining and coaching direct reports.
Collects records and forwards personnel records transactions and documentation to HR and/or Payroll.
Supports benefit plan enrollment at the site level.
Responds and/or investigates employee inquiries regarding policies procedures and programs.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails letters and packages.
Create regular reports correspondence and presentations.
Greet visitors answer and direct phone calls and provide general information.
Communicate with internal and external partners and vendors as needed.
