Job Title Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Location Yakima, Washington Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days | Onsite | Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatments to residents under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Document patient progress, treatment notes, and goal outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident rehabilitation and functional independence
- Active COTA licensure in the state of Washington
- Current NBCOT certification
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Ability to begin assignment on or around September 1st
- Prior travel or contract therapy experience
- Familiarity with SNF documentation and Medicare compliance requirements
- Opportunity to gain valuable experience in a skilled nursing environment through a structured 13-week contract assignment
