Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) state license (required)
- Experience preferred; new graduates accepted

- Provide therapy in a long-term care and skilled nursing setting

- Support individuals with physical, cognitive, and psychosocial limitations
- Perform assessments and interpret results to determine therapy needs
