Radiologic Technologist - Mammography

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day Shift: 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:30)

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist specializing in Mammography. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of imaging procedures, specifically focused on mammography screens, diagnostic exams, and stereotactic biopsies. This position involves working with adults and geriatric patients in a community hospital setting, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to safety standards.

• Perform 3-D mammography and diagnostic mammograms.
• Conduct stereotactic biopsies and needle localizations.
• Manage digital quality assurance procedures and ensure radiation safety.
• Instruct patients on breast self-exams (BSE).
• Maintain proper infection control protocols and ensure patient comfort.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in mammography or related field.
• ARRT certification (M*, R*), BLS, and California state license required.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Ability to float between facilities may be required.
