Director of Member Engagement

Owning the member engagement strategy, the full-time Director of Member Engagement will manage outreach performance and member activation for Chamber's attributed population in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the member engagement strategy, prioritizing members and defining outreach channels and messaging Design and optimize the member experience across all touchpoints, including welcome communications and satisfaction tracking Oversee vendor relationships and manage day-to-day execution of engagement campaigns, ensuring compliance and performance management Required Qualifications 5-7+ years of experience in member engagement, population health, or marketing within a value-based care or managed care environment Proven experience in managing end-to-end member engagement strategies and vendor relationships Strong analytical skills to utilize performance data for decision-making Familiarity with regulatory considerations in member outreach, including TCPA compliance Ability to build and lead a team in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
