Arizona & California Contracts Counsel - Construction (Scottsdale)

Tetrix is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to support contract administration, legal review, and compliance across Arizona and California operations. The role will own California contracts and eventually oversee subcontractor and vendor contract review for the organization.

The successful candidate will draft, negotiate, and assess risk on complex agreements, advise business leaders on regulatory matters, and serve as the primary legal contact for Equitable Housing Construction Partners.
