General Manager – Wingstop | Shreveport, LA
$60,000–$65,000/year + Bonus
About the Opportunity
Join a fast-scaling restaurant growth platform that operates Wingstop locations across Louisiana and the Mid-Atlantic, with an aggressive path from under 20 units today toward roughly 50 by 2027. This is a chance to get in early with a growing brand and grow your career alongside the company, working directly with ownership rather than through layers of corporate bureaucracy.
What You'll Do
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring consistent food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness standards
Recruit, train, and develop a strong team of shift leaders and crew members
Manage labor and food cost controls to hit budgeted profitability targets
Drive a positive guest experience and resolve customer concerns promptly
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
Build and manage weekly schedules to balance service levels with labor efficiency
Analyze sales, cost, and performance reports to identify opportunities for improvement
Champion a fast-paced, high-energy culture that reflects the Wingstop brand
What We're Looking For
2+ years of restaurant management experience, QSR background strongly preferred
Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
Strong understanding of P&L management, labor scheduling, and inventory control
A guest-first mentality paired with a drive for operational excellence
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college a plus
