Financial Management Specialist

Leading financial management practices for the Strategic Portfolio Management function, the full-time AVP, Strategic Portfolio Financial Management Lead will oversee initiative costs, benefits, forecasts, and financial risks while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the development of financial management standards, governance processes, and reporting practices Serve as the primary financial management advisor to stakeholders across Strategic Portfolio Management and Finance Oversee portfolio financial management activities including forecasts, cost estimates, and variance analysis Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred 8-10 years of experience in financial management, portfolio management, or business operations Experience in the financial services or insurance industries preferred Proficiency with financial reporting tools and platforms, particularly Clarity and Workday Familiarity with Agile Framework and Lean Portfolio Management is strongly desired
