Field Service Manager

What You Will Accomplish The Product Installations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all installation activities across the West Coast, including client sites, to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of product installation processes. The ideal candidate will manage teams of installers, work closely with customers, and maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Coordinate and lead installation activities at client sites Supervise installation teams, ensuring safety and quality Collaborate with sales and clients on quotes and schedules Monitor progress, troubleshoot, and resolve issues Conduct site visits and maintain accurate records Ensure equipment maintenance and enforce safety protocols Train team members and act as the main contact for clients Report project status to management DAMOTECH Ranked in the Growth 500, Damotech is the largest provider of pallet repair & protection solutions, software and engineering in North America.
