In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), collaborating with experienced developers and business stakeholders to transform ideas into functional, scalable solutions. You'll contribute to frontend and backend development, participate in system design and testing activities, and help maintain applications that support critical business operations. This position is located at our Secaucus, NJ corporate headquarters, with the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule.Your responsibilities will include:Assist in developing, maintaining, and supporting web applications using Microsoft ASP.NET Core, CSS, HTML, IIS, Azure, and ORACLE databasesBuild responsive, interactive web application interfaces using frontend and backend technologies under team guidanceDevelop and maintain server-side logic, data structures, and REST APIs to support secure and reliable communication between frontend and backend systemsTest applications across different browsers and devices to ensure responsiveness, efficiency, and cross-browser compatibilityTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve basic issues across both front-end and back-end systemsProvide foundational support for application availability, monitor nightly batch jobs, and assist with software upgrades and data purges. Escalate critical production issues according to established proceduresAssist with general knowledge transfer, basic application configuration changes, and fulfilling ad-hoc report requestsCreate and maintain technical documentation, setup guides, and user manualsYou'll need:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field preferred, with 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience in full-stack development (this includes experience gained through internships, bootcamps, or personal project portfolios); or 5+ years of combined experience in lieu of degreeFoundational experience with Microsoft.NET Core /.NET Framework, C#, and a basic understanding of ORACLE PL/SQL, stored procedures, and triggersFamiliarity with the Agile software development lifecycle and a basic understanding of version control tools like Azure DevOps or GitGood debugging skills with a strong willingness to learn complex troubleshooting and system architectureExcellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with developers and business stakeholders, clarify requirements, and communicate technical issues clearlyWork closely with the core development team and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to learn best practices, optimize application performance, and implement security protocolsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize deadlines with moderate complexityProficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Office SuitesHighly desired experience and skills include:C#, JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS, SQLExperience with Cloud Platforms (Azure)Microsoft.NET Framework and currently supported versions of.NET, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, Windows Server and IISAJAX, ASP.NET, REST APIs, Azure Services, Data Base Management Systems (Oracle Database, SQL)Strong knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibilityFoundational cybersecurity knowledge and security best practices to support the secure development, testing, and maintenance of web applications, APIs, and databasesUser Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX)The anticipated salary range for this role is between $95,000 and $105,000. The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications and experience for this position.
