We are looking for a RESET Coach/Facilitator who is passionate about supporting individuals and organizations through meaningful, experiential learning. This role combines 1:1 coaching and group facilitation and is a great fit for someone who is comfortable connecting with people, guiding reflective conversations, and bringing practices to life in an engaging and approachable way.The ideal candidate brings curiosity, warmth, adaptability, and strong facilitation skills. They understand that RESET is not about simply presenting information. Our work invites participants to notice, explore, practice, and integrate what they are learning in ways that feel relevant to their everyday lives.

• What You'll DoProvide 1:1 coaching focused on areas such as stress management, resilience, wellbeing, leadership development, self-awareness, and sustainable growth.
• Facilitate engaging, experiential learning sessions for partner organizations in both in-person and virtual settings.
• Facilitate small group coaching, workshops, and other RESET programming.
• Guide participants through reflective conversations, experiential practices, and opportunities for real-world application.
• Adapt coaching and facilitation approaches to meet the needs of different individuals, teams, organizations, and audiences.
• Create welcoming, inclusive, and psychologically supportive environments for learning and reflection.
• Build strong relationships with participants and organizational partners while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with the RESET team to share insights, reflect on programming, and support a consistent participant experience.
• Participate in RESET team meetings, planning, professional development, and ongoing learning.
• Complete required documentation and administrative responsibilities in a timely manner.
• Represent RESET and Omaha Integrative Care professionally in the community and at partner organizations.

• Is comfortable facilitating groups and creating meaningful conversation rather than relying solely on lecture-style presentations.
• Can build connection and trust with people from a variety of backgrounds, roles, and organizations.
• Brings strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Is curious, reflective, collaborative, and open to feedback.
• Can balance structure with flexibility and adapt in the moment when a group or individual needs something different.
• Is comfortable incorporating mindfulness, nervous system-informed practices, reflection, and other experiential approaches into programming.
• Understands the distinction between coaching and therapy and can maintain appropriate scope and boundaries.
• Is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple partner relationships and responsibilities.
• Is committed to their own continued learning, self-awareness, and professional development.

• We'd Especially Love to Meet Someone Who...Has experience or training in areas such as coaching, mindfulness, yoga or embodied practices, nervous system education, organizational development, systems thinking, leadership development, or group facilitation.
• We don't expect one person to come in with expertise in every area of RESET. We're looking for someone with a strong foundation, a willingness to learn, and the ability to authentically connect with people.

• Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience in coaching, facilitation, wellbeing, or leadership development.

Our programming includes 1:1 coaching, group experiential learning, small group experiences, mindfulness, and other practice-based offerings.Our approach recognizes that wellbeing doesn't happen in isolation. Through RESET, participants build greater awareness of themselves and the systems around them while developing practical ways to engage with stress, change, relationships, and everyday challenges with greater intention.
