What You'll Be Doing

Wake County Public Libraries (WCPL), a division of Community Services, has the distinction of being one of the largest and busiest library systems in NC. The system operates eight regional libraries, thirteen community libraries, two specialty libraries, and a bookmobile. It circulates over ten million books a year and welcomes two to three million visitors annually. WCPL is proud of its excellent customer service and award-winning programs. Public Library experience working on a service desk

Customer Service or Bookstore experience

Experience working directly with children, for some locations

For some locations, Spanish-language skills desired

About This Position

Location: Athens Drive Library Raleigh, NC 27606

Employment Type: Regular

Work Schedule: 20 hrs. per week, combo days, evenings, and regular weekend rotation

Hiring Range: 25.34 - 27.72

Market Range: 25.34 - 30.10

Emergency Service Worker Statement
