Our client, a leader in custom packaging manufacturing, is seeking dedicated Production Workers to join their dynamic team. As a Production Worker, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production line and ensuring high-quality output. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Eau Claire, WI

Pay Rate: $17.25/hr

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 7am - 3:30pm

What's the Job?

Operate manufacturing equipment such as Hot Melt, Heat Welders, Arm & Post Stitchers, Pallet Jacks, and Stretch Wrappers
Follow all manufacturing instructions closely to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area
Assist in physical inventory counts during month-end, year-end, and audits
Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals

What's Needed?

Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reliable, able to work independently or as part of a team
