Requirements New Site Takeover - Providers who hold privileges within Methodist will already hold privileges for this site. Please submit any providers who might be willing to work at this site who are already privileged within the Methodist System. DO NOT SUBMIT any providers who will not be able to help as early as November we do not want to show the client we have more than we actually will. I will need to see actual REAL SPECIFIC DATE availability on the submittal - EVEN IF PROVIDER IS ALREADY PRIVILEGED. Matches will be rejected otherwise. START DATE is 11/1 and we will be staffing this site from the bottom up with Locums. Site will also do 24 hour shifts - Volume is low enough to support this. Estimated 12 patients within a 24 hour period. WILL ACCEPT NEW PROVIDERS WHO HAVE IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY - CAN GET TEMPS IF NEEDED.
