Part Time Accounting Associate

The Role We are seeking an Experienced Accountant to join our growing company. You will be supported by a team of professionals in other specialized areas that help make your daily duties as an Accountant easier. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Posting all incoming forms of income Paying invoices for utilities and vendors Creating and charging Invoices for our Maintenance Department Processing move out dispositions for tenants Processing close out dispositions for owners Producing monthly owners statements Managing and ensuring accurate tenant ledgers Reconciling multiple bank accounts Complete utility and triple net reconciliations Submitting owner and vendor 1099 forms Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills Must have accounting education and/or 2-3 years of accounting experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in the use of Quickbooks and Google Docs Able to prioritize under stress to meet deadlines High level of attention to detail Knowledge of Appfolio a plus As an Accounting Associate at Henderson you will be supported by the following specialized teams: #J-18808-Ljbffr Henderson Property Management & Real Estate
