Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift 12hrs, rotating weekends. Night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Join our dynamic team at Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs, a skilled nursing facility dedicated to delivering high-quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We offer shift‑differential pay up to $4 per hour. Responsibilities Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, treating wounds, and performing vital signs. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Monitor resident health and report any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse or Supervisor. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and high‑quality outcomes. Maintain accurate and detailed records, including medication administration records, treatment records, and progress notes. Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri. Familiarity with long‑term care regulations and guidelines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues. Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents, with or without assistance of equipment or other personnel. Must maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
