Remote Insurance Customer Support Specialist
Centra Credit Union
Centra Credit Union is seeking a customer service specialist in a call center environment to respond to telephone inquiries from policyholders, providers, agents, and others seeking information on insurance policies.
You will access systems to verify benefits and track claims, provide written and spoken updates, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services while protecting privacy and confidentiality.
