HVAC Apprentice

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in HVAC systems. This role involves performing installation, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial properties.

*Responsibilities*

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

- Utilize mechanical knowledge to perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.

- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure optimal functionality of HVAC systems across various properties.

- Provide exceptional customer service while communicating clearly with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.

- Drive company vehicles to various job sites as needed.

*Requirements*

- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose complex issues related to HVAC systems.

- Ability to plumb and perform basic repairs related to HVAC installations.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
