Associate General CounselLocation: Main Line Health - Radnor, PA (Hybrid)Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid | Occasional evenings as needed | Local travel requiredCompensation: $163,550.40 - $253,406.40 annuallyPosition SummaryCould you be our next Associate General Counsel?Reporting to the Senior Vice President & General Counsel, the Associate General Counsel provides strategic legal counsel across a broad range of matters supporting the operations of Main Line Health and its subsidiaries. This role partners with executive leadership, service line leaders, and key stakeholders to manage legal risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and support enterprise-wide initiatives.Each Associate General Counsel maintains a defined area of subject matter focus aligned to departmental priorities. For this role, a key focus includes Information Technology vendor management and general contracting , providing legal oversight and guidance on IT/IS vendor agreements, technology-related transactions, and enterprise contracting standards.
