Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, phone calls, and general office inquiries.
• Manage calendars, correspondence, data tracking, and electronic files using Microsoft Office.
• Respond to client communications professionally and promptly.
• Prepare and assemble product sample kits for distribution.
• Coordinate outgoing shipments and driver dispatch activities.
• Receive, track, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of office and administrative support experience
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, small-team environment.
• Professional, dependable, and proactive attitude.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
• Employment Type: Contract to hire
• Compensation: $23-26/hr.
• Location: Arlington, TX 76011
