Senior Procurement Analyst Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for construction services, materials, and related project requirements.
- Lead supplier identification, qualification, strategic sourcing, and competitive RFP processes.
- Analyze bids and supplier proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
- Develop and administer contracts, purchase orders, renewals, and recurring contractual commitments.
- Integrate technical scope and commercial requirements into contracts and purchase orders.
- Coordinate internal subject matter expert reviews and procurement approval protocols.
- Support material and service planning for planned and emergent work.
- Serve as a procurement Subject Matter Expert and apply sourcing expertise across business units as needed.
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) plus 5 years of procurement or supply chain management experience.
- Experience analyzing supplier proposals and negotiating materials and services agreements.
- Experience incorporating scope and commercial requirements into contracts and purchase orders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word .
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
- Experience with Ariba, SAP, CLM, or other ERP/procurement systems .
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Experience working effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment.
- Demonstrated history of stakeholder satisfaction.
