NextGen EMR HPSA score for Worcester is 15 Our Urgent Care is operating more like a same‑day‑access clinic for our established patients. This means you have to be a current patient of our clinic to be seen at Urgent Care (that is, if your normal PCP is not available and you need a visit right away). Within the next couple of months we will transition to accept walk‑in patients who aren’t currently established with our clinic. Hours? 8am-7pm (Providers can work 8 hour days or 10 hour days). So, either they can work 5 days a week for 8 hours each, or 4 days at 10 hours each. Schedule?
