Home Helpers Home Care is currently seeking a Lead CNA to join our team! At Home Helpers, we recognize that caregiving is one of the most meaningful and impactful roles in our community. We value and support our caregivers, and our Lead CNA plays a key role in mentoring, training, and supporting our caregiving team. Required Schedule Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (required) Every other weekend on-call: 7:00 AM-10:00 PM (required) Occasional coverage may be required as late as 10:00 PM Applicants must be able to reliably work this weekday schedule, as it is essential to supporting caregiver training, onboarding, and daily operations.
