Key Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions
• Translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions
• Guide teams through IRM lifecycle and best practices
• Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM modules for risk lifecycle management
• Develop risk registers, assessments, and control frameworks
• Build dashboards and reports for risk and compliance visibility
• Advise on governance, risk data models, and roadmap planning

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in ServiceNow IRM suite including Risk, Issue/Incident Management, and Loss Events
• Strong knowledge of GRC frameworks and risk management best practices
• 7+ years hands-on ServiceNow IRM/GRC experience
• 12+ years in risk management or related field
• Proven success delivering large-scale ServiceNow IRM implementations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills
• Strong Linux/Windows administration background
• Preferred: Experience in regulated industries such as finance or banking, Agile/iterative development familiarity, and exposure to other risk management tools
