Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.WE LOVE OUR WORK.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAdditional responsibilities may be assigned as needed:Supervise staff and oversee daily operations of the Security department during assigned shiftSupport and manage operational goals; monitor performance and profit objectivesCoordinate scheduling and address staffing concerns to ensure guest satisfactionAssist in departmental budgeting by providing recommendations and reporting concernsPromote and uphold superior customer service standards; address service issues promptlyEnforce internal control policies and procedures, including underage gambling and drinking lawsMaintain safety and inspection reports for the propertyConduct regular inspections of security postsPrepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logsRespond to guest and employee concerns with professionalism and compassionEnsure team members comply with uniform and grooming standardsCollaborate with regulatory, fire/rescue, and law enforcement agenciesEnsure compliance with all regulatory requirements and report potential issues to managementMaintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company mattersBRING US YOUR BEST.QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSMust be at least 21 years of ageHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum 3 years of experience in casino security, military, or law enforcement; or equivalent combination of education and experienceValid Nevada driver's license with a clean driving recordPossession of a valid CCW permitProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to write clear and professional reports and business correspondenceCapable of effectively presenting information and responding to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general publicStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically and tactfullySUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee staff development initiatives and training programs to ensure team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed for successLead employee recognition efforts through rewards and engagement programs to foster a positive and motivated work environmentConduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members to support continuous improvementMake staffing recommendations, including participation in interviewing, hiring, and scheduling to meet operational needsPlan, assign, and direct work to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service deliveryProvide guidance on employee performance matters, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions as neededCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSMust qualify for all licensing and permit requirements as mandated by federal, state, and local regulationsValid Alcohol Awareness Card requiredCertified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)Certified in First AidValid Nevada Concealed Carry Firearm Permit (CCW)Valid Nevada Driver's License requiredCurrent three-year driving record (Statement of Driving History) must be provided and maintainedSTAY IN THE GAME.
