Production Kitting, Assembly, and Fulfillment Associate

Job Description

If hands-on work, a steady weekday schedule, and a team that has your back sound good, you’ll feel right at home here in Oconomowoc, WI 53066. You’ll help turn parts into finished products and get them packed securely for customers who count on our quality.

What You’ll Do

Build mechanical/electrical assemblies to spec and to quality expectations.
Pack completed items efficiently and protect them for shipment.
Check your work and finished goods to ensure top-notch quality.
Keep tools and workspace clean and organized for safety and efficiency.
Team up with coworkers to hit daily and weekly production goals.
Speak up quickly if anything looks off—parts, counts, or instructions.

What Helps You Succeed

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Experience in assembly or packing is a plus.
Able to follow instructions, work solo, and collaborate when needed.
Detail-driven with a commitment to quality standards.
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on the floor.
Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
Willing to pitch in for overtime when needed.

Key Skill

Mechanical assembly capability and comfort working with tools.
