Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 3x12-hour shifts | Variable schedule; may include some weekends | No call required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients in the operating room setting
• Perform scrub and/or circulating duties as assigned during surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
• Maintain accurate intraoperative documentation and nursing records
• Adhere to sterile technique and infection control standards throughout all procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio or compact licensure
• Current BLS certification
• Prior operating room nursing experience
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Flexibility to work variable schedules including some weekends

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CNOR certification or pursuit of certification
• Experience in a high-volume or acute care surgical environment
• Proficiency in both scrub and circulating roles
