Job Description

We are hiring Assemblers to support a new production line building cooling fans and fan components used in data center servers. Previous assembly experience is helpful but not required. Candidates with electrical, wiring, manufacturing, or mechanical experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assemble fans and fan components according to work instructions and specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and production documents
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic hand tools
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Ability to identify and correct routine issues
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience is a plus
• Electrical or wiring experience is a plus
• Willingness to learn new processes and equipment
• Ability to work overtime when needed

Work Environment & Schedule

• 1st Shift: Available
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Monday through Friday
• Occasional Saturday work may be available
• Orientation and training conducted on 1st shift
• Safety-toe shoes required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Smith, AR.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
