We're looking for motivated Mortgage Loan Officers who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and know how to turn opportunities into closed loans.

What You'll Do

\n

• Work company-provided inbound mortgage leads.
\n
• Contact new leads promptly and maintain consistent follow-up.
\n
• Consult borrowers, identify financing needs, and recommend appropriate loan solutions.
\n
• Convert leads into completed applications and funded loans.
\n
• Manage your pipeline through our CRM.
\n
• Collaborate with processing and operations to move loans efficiently toward closing.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• Active NMLS mortgage loan originator license in Michigan and/or Florida, or eligibility to obtain the required state license before originating.
\n
• Mortgage origination and sales experience preferred.
\n
• Strong phone sales and objection-handling skills.
\n
• Excellent follow-up habits and pipeline management.
\n
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven, remote environment.
\n
• Self-motivated, coachable, and accountable.
\n
