Responsibilities As a Rental Property Listing Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: Accurately entering and updating rental property information into our internal databases and various online listing platforms. Writing clear, professional, and engaging property descriptions that highlight key features and attract prospective tenants. Uploading high-quality photographs, floor plans, and other media for each property listing. Conducting regular audits of existing listings to ensure all information, including pricing and availability, is current and correct. Performing quality assurance checks to identify and resolve any data inconsistencies or errors promptly. Collaborating with property managers and leasing agents to gather all necessary details for new and updated listings. Maintaining organised and systematic digital records of all property data and related documentation. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills: Proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or similar role where accuracy is paramount. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality. Excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and punctuation. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word) and a high level of computer literacy.
