Nursing Unit Supervisor (RN) Critical Care/ED Ops

Baptist Health Arkansas in Conway seeks a qualified RN to oversee the operations of nursing departments. You will manage daily nursing duties and collaborate with the administrative team during critical situations, ensuring optimal patient care delivery. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of RN experience, a current nursing license in Arkansas, and preferably experience in Critical Care or the Emergency Department. You will work a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
