In dieser Funktion arbeiten Sie in unserer Firmenzentrale in Billerbeck. Ihre Aufgaben: Als E-Commerce & Online Sales Specialist (m/w/d) verantwortest du die operative und strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Vertriebskanäle: Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer E-Commerce-Plattformen und Online-Shops Steuerung und Optimierung von Online-Sales-Prozessen (Conversion, Traffic, Customer Journey) Analyse von Verkaufsdaten und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung Planung und Umsetzung von Online-Marketing- und Performance-Kampagnen (SEA, SEO, Social Ads) Produktdatenmanagement und Pflege von Sortimentsinhalten in digitalen Systemen Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Vertrieb und IT zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der digitalen Vertriebskanäle Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen im E-Commerce-Umfeld Ihr Anforderungsprofil: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich E-Commerce, Marketing, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbar Erfahrung im Online-Vertrieb, E-Commerce oder digitalen Marketing Sicherer Umgang mit Shop-Systemen und Analyse-Tools (z. B.
