Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware and utensils.
• Engage with guests to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and efficiently, including opening and closing tabs.
• Monitor guest behavior to identify and address any safety or service issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to manage inventory and restock as needed during shifts.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations related to alcohol service.
