Our success allows MillerKnoll to support causes that align with our values, so we can help create a more equitable and sustainable future for all.Inside the JobYour day-to-day work will involve:Contributing to an Agile Development Team to create solutions using efficient and elegant code, mainly in C#.Developing IT processes and recommending process improvements.Developing technical solutions in AWS Cloud utilizing modern technologies.Applies advanced problem solving skills and executes solutions to complex problems independently.Coaches and mentors IT tasks and skills to others.Accountable for project completions.Working with the business and product owner on multiple digital solutions involving coordinate geometry, trigonometry, and mathematical structures/models.What You BringNeeded skills and experience for this role include:A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, CIS, Mathematics (computational geometry; linear algebra; vector/tensor analysis), or other relevant engineering fields6+ years of development experience using one or more programming languages such as C#, SQL, etc.Experience creating, maintaining, and evolving AWS Cloud architectures including S3, Lambda Functions, EC2, DynamoDB, SQS, etc.A passion for learning and exploring new ideasStrong verbal, written, and presentation on skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical professionals at all levels of the organizationUnderstanding of fail fast concepts respecting agilityTechnical skills (desirable): programming in Terraform, Autodesk Dynamo, AutoCAD API or Revit API experience, SQL and NoSQL Databases, AngularExperience with coordinate geometry, trigonometry, computational geometry, linear algebra, or vector/tensor analysis is a plusOur ValuesOur values speak to our shared beliefs.
