Welder Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 25.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm) Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metal materials Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and project specifications Fit, fabricate, and assemble components according to required tolerances Operate shop equipment such as grinders, saws, and torches Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and safe work area Welder Qualifications: 2+ years of welding experience preferred (MIG required; TIG a plus) Ability to pass a weld test Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn new skills Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen (excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
