Senior Implementation Consultant

New York City | Full-Time | Onsite (5 Days Per Week) Help shape how AI transforms enterprise finance. We're partnering with one of the fastest-growing AI software companies in the market, helping some of the world's leading finance and accounting organisations modernise how they operate through intelligent automation. This isn't a traditional implementation role. You'll be the trusted advisor who partners directly with enterprise customers, guiding them from initial deployment through to long-term adoption. You'll help organisations rethink their processes, implement AI-driven workflows and deliver measurable business outcomes using next-generation technology. What You'll Do: Own the complete customer implementation lifecycle from kick-off through to successful deployment, adoption and long-term success. Lead discovery workshops to understand customer objectives, business processes and operational challenges. Configure and deliver AI-powered workflow solutions tailored to each customer's environment. Run onboarding sessions, product demonstrations and user enablement workshops. Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and project teams. Manage multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered successfully. Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve both customer experience and product capability. Capture customer feedback and help shape future platform enhancements. What We're Looking For: We're looking for someone who has successfully delivered enterprise software implementations and enjoys working directly with customers in fast-moving technology environments. You’ll Likely Have: 5-10 years' experience in Enterprise SaaS Implementation, Professional Services, Customer Success or Solutions Consulting Experience leading complex enterprise software deployments from discovery through go-live and adoption Strong project management and stakeholder management experience Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills Experience working within high-growth SaaS, AI or enterprise software businesses A proactive, consultative mindset with a genuine passion for helping customers succeed Experience That Will Make You Stand Out: We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas: Workflow Automation Digital Transformation Finance Transformation Accounting Technology ERP Platforms Customer Implementations Professional Services Experience with technologies such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, BlackLine, FloQast etc #J-18808-Ljbffr
