Pay Rate- Up to $61/hr. combined (taxable hourly + tax-free allowances for travel, housing, meals). Rates may vary and are subject to change.Additional Bonuses, Group Health Insurance benefits available on day 1, 401k and more!Med Surg Urology RN- Shifts: 12hr, 0645-191Job Summary:Provides nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.Key Responsibilities:Pre -operative: Prepare patients and answer questions.Intra-operative: Assist surgeons, pass instruments, monitor patient.Post-operative: Manage recovery, monitor for complications, educate patients.Maintain a safe and efficient OR environment.Requirements:RN license in state of assignment. Minimum 2-year(s) exp.BLS and ACLS required.Experience in medical-surgical units preferred.Strong clinical, assessment, and communication skills.Work Environment & Demands:Will work every other weekendHospital settings (Med-Surg units, post-op recovery, step-down).Physical demands include standing, lifting patients/equipment, and stress management.
