A Home Infusion Pharmacist opportunity is available for a direct hire position based in Cicero, NY. This role is ideal for professionals with hospital and home infusion pharmacy experience, seeking a stable Monday through Friday schedule with consistent hours.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify intravenous (IV) medication orders to ensure accuracy and patient safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians during preparation and dispensing activities
• Communicate directly with patients regarding their medication therapies and answer related inquiries

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current New York state pharmacist license is mandatory
• Previous experience working in hospital settings and home infusion pharmacy is required
• Knowledge or hands-on experience with IV compounding is highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills necessary for patient interaction
