We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to design, develop, and implement a variety of materials and campaigns for the Army. As a Marketing Specialist on our team, you’ll strengthen the organization by crafting compelling and optimized communications tailored to the program’s strategic goals. Your ability to leverage SEO best practices and digital communication tools to shape cohesive messaging will support operational and marketing teams. You’ll combine creativity and technical skill to author engaging content for various platforms and support initiatives that bolster the program’s objectives. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement marketing materials and campaigns for the Army. Apply SEO best practices and digital communication tools to optimize messaging. Collaborate across cross‑functional teams to build relationships with stakeholders. Lead storytelling and narrative efforts that advance the organization’s mission. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in public relations, marketing, or content creation. Experience with website management, social media strategies, and digital content platforms. Knowledge of content marketing trends and emerging communication technologies. Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams. Creativity and detail‑oriented mindset. Obtain a Secret clearance. Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing. Preferred Qualifications Experience creating engaging, SEO‑optimized content. Experience supporting matrixed teams in a collaborative work environment. Experience with analytics tools to monitor content performance and drive improvements. Experience working with the Department of Defense or related government agency. Ability to align tactical and strategic objectives in marketing and communication efforts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills. Security Clearance Applicants may need to undergo a security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Compensation The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 USD annually.
