What You'll Do

Every day is different, but your mission is always the same—prepare beautiful apartment homes that are ready to welcome new residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

·       Inspecting vacant apartments and completing make-ready checklists.

·       Restoring apartment homes to move-in-ready condition by completing repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.

·       Assisting with repairs involving appliances, doors, windows, flooring, lighting, cabinets, locks, ceiling fans, walls, and other apartment features.

·       Ensuring each apartment is clean, functional, and meets Mosaic Residential's quality standards before move-in.

·       Helping maintain the appearance of the community by keeping the grounds clean, safe, and free of debris.

·       Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, and Property Manager to prioritize apartment turns and meet deadlines.

·       Reporting maintenance concerns, safety issues, and repair needs promptly.
