Your New Job As Assistant General Manager, your job will include: Assisting the General Manager in all areas of the business including Training, Hiring, Cost Controls, Food Safety, helping the crew understand how to take care of the guest etc. What you’ll get (Or why we’re not your typical burger joint) Our focus is developing our Team Members and Assistant Managers into the future leaders in our company.
