Foh Supervisor

The FOH Supervisor's purpose is to drive customer service, employee engagement, safety programs, signage, and provide micro kitchen supervision. They are responsible for satisfying the client and customer's needs by providing high quality, cost-effective food service operations. The FOH Supervisor shall participate and lead in establishing corporate employee training and development programs as instructed by the Food Service Manager or General Manager.

Success criteria include effective team building, solving any customer complaints or issues, following all food safety regulations, staff scheduling, and hiring and training new employees. Key areas of collaboration and influence involve working with the GM and Executive Chef on team programming and safety, and working with GM on duties assigned.

Ideal candidate experience includes experience in food systems with a high school diploma or equivalent, attention to detail, ability to multitask, interpersonal skills, ability to give and receive constructive feedback, and shows ability to lead a team.

Key accountabilities include day to day support of all front of the house and micro kitchen activities, tasks assigned as needed by the Food Service Manager or General Manager, must comply with all SERV Safe and HACCP programs and standards, building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions, developing good customer relationships and addressing customer service needs, demonstrating an elevated level of accountability and self-awareness, building teams to be customer focused and solutions oriented, all while being flexible in constant change, maintaining service standards and CPEs of the client, and maintaining product inventory to established levels.

Physical demands and work environment include working up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaks, must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs, coming to work properly dressed according to the dress code, and employees must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods.

This includes following safety protocols, maintaining environmental responsibility, and upholding quality standards in all tasks. Employees are expected to actively participate in HSEQ training and report any potential hazards or compliance concerns.

The annual salary range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above.

Work hours for this position are Mon-Fri, 6:00 am - 3:00 pm.
