**Required Experience:** - 2+ years of OB experience **Required Certifications:** - AWHONN (must be within the last two years) - NRP - BLS (AHA) - ACLS (AHA) **Required Licensure:** - State of Michigan license **Skills and Qualifications:** - Ability to collaborate with a physician to provide a plan of care - Ability to provide bedside nursing care and carry out medical orders - Capacity to delegate to and oversee various support roles - Responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the care plan **Leadership Experience:** - Involves overseeing Nurse Assistant, Patient Care Associate, OB Care Associate, Surgical Service Assistant, Nursing Clerk, and Psychiatric Tech functions.
