Service ReceptionistWe are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to serve customers by answering phones, greeting, welcoming, and assisting for all service related issues. Successful candidates must have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. The Service Receptionist is the first person to greet visitors both telephonically and in-person in the Service department. The Service Receptionist will answer a multi-line telephone system and greet visitors in a timely, pleasant and professional manner and provide information and assistance to other departments as needed.Job Responsibilities:Answer multiple phone lines in a courteous and professional mannerData entryDispatchingAssist with other administrative duties as neededDetermine caller’s needs and route to the appropriate departmentMeet and greet visitorsDetermine visitor’s needs and contact the appropriate departmentAssist various departments with special projects as neededAbility to provide excellent customer service to all service customers and vendorsAbility to speak with and handle irate customers in a courteous and professional mannerAbility to problem solveRequirements:Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Dispatcher or Administrative role in a professional business environmentExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)Attention to detailAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skillsComfortable with answering a multi-line systemProfessional appearance a mustFriendly and courtesy dispositionMust be a motivated, self-starterAble to work effectively with all departments with limited supervisionSolid time-management skillsBilingual in Spanish.Competencies:Self-starterProvide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customersEffectively communicate and collaborate with fellow employeesAbility to multi-taskIn return for your invaluable knowledge, skills, talent and ambition, Toyota of Orlando offers competitive salaries and benefits.
