Overview General Assembly Feasibility Lead – Job ID 2017631 Location: Auburn Hills, Michigan, United States Responsibilities Perform General Assembly feasibility activities across New & MCA programs and provide direction to manufacturing feasibility specialists. Drive product design to manufacturing requirements and coordinate internal manufacturing customers with the Product team through co-location; propose alternative product solutions to drive issue closure. Develop Design to Manufacturing proposals to optimize capital expenditure (Capex), support future Plant Loading studies, and lead Vertical Integration for Make/Buy alignment. Develop detailed Process Maps; ensure feasibility studies are performed in the plant environment; lead Change Management meetings to align product processes and tooling; manage General Assembly KPIs. Ensure Design to Manufacturing and feasibility requirements are implemented in the product design prior to TKO's. Develop high-visibility weekly updates to Stellantis management and travel to assembly plants to support WPI and Launch activities. Location 1000 Chrysler Drive, Auburn Hills, Michigan 48326, United States Requirements Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering 8+ years of Manufacturing/Product engineering experience, with knowledge of manufacturing/plant operations and product design Strong knowledge of GA manufacturing processes, tooling, carriers Strong written and verbal communications skills Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel Strong organizational and project management skills Strong knowledge of DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) Self-motivated and able to achieve results under time pressure Ability to work with all levels of management while maintaining clear communication Superior teamwork and leadership skills with the ability to handle multiple projects Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Engineering 10+ years of Manufacturing/Product engineering experience with knowledge of manufacturing and plant operations Employment Type Full-time About Stellantis Stellantis: At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
