ROLE SUMMARY:

The Sales Support Rep reporting directly to the Sales Support Manager is responsible for meeting all sales and merchandising standards in their assigned accounts. This includes on-premises line cleaning, event delivery and customer resets to name a few. This position is the first step on the road to being a beverage sales representative

• Merchandise androtate product based on date codes and demand.
• Sell and build displays for large retail accounts
• Assistwith store resets learning planograms, and customer buying patterns
• Sell in draught products and service systems for bars andrestaurants

• Monitor and report all competitive activity
• Sell innew products andincreasingdistribution ofhigh-end,primaryand secondary brands.
• Ensure all Point of Sell (POS)is clean,functional,and updated. All outdated POS must be removed from the accounts and permanent signs in need of repair must be picked up and repaired following our Neon Repair Process
• Fulfill pre-establishedsales objectivesand implementation of company marketing programs at the retail level
• Survey and influence retail accounts to ensure a competitive edge in dominant POS placement, price points, shelfspaceand product location
• Execute special assignments andimpactsellingobjectivesas assigned by management
• Work with sales and delivery teams to meet objectives
• Cover sales routes as relief salesperson.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of2yearsofrelevant experience inretail preferred.
• Ability to read and write at a 12thgrade level
• Strongcustomer serviceskills
