Job Summary:
Prestige Gardens, a leading provider of long-term care and short-term rehabilitation, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team in Marysville, Ohio. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure excellent care and patient outcomes
Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care

Must hold an active LPN license in the state of OH
