You do not need to report to office daily. Shift: Days, Monday - Friday Start Times: Must be available between 6:00 am – 7:00 am End Times: 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm Optional overtime All year round work Travel requirement: Traveling up to a 45 miles radius in your own personal vehicle Requirements and Qualifications Must have a valid driver\'s license Must have 6 months of experience in custodial or janitorial work Construction cleaning experience is preferred Responsibilities Travel within 45 miles radius in your own vehicle Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds; stooping, reaching above shoulder level, pushing, pulling, walking/standing, and climbing ladders as needed Wear protective equipment to minimize exposure to hazards and injuries (hard hats, safety glasses, safety vest) Site cleanup Debris removal Perform rough and final cleanings post-construction Wipe down ceilings, fixtures, walls, cabinets, windows, sills, mirrors, baseboards, counters, appliances, and other fixtures Detailed sweeping, mopping, scraping, and vacuuming Window washing Apartment unit final cleaning Utilizing floor machines, floor waxing, and buffing Other duties as assigned Benefits include Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K Holiday Pay Paid Time Off Sign on Bonus Referral Program #J-18808-Ljbffr Time Savers Construction Services
