At Thermosystems, you will be encouraged to grow, apply what you know, and see the impact of your hard work.If you want to learn more about Thermosystems, visit us at today!Location: Elmhurst, ILResponsibilities:Processes AP/AR invoices and billing daily.Complete bi-monthly AP check runs.Uses judgment to make decisions on significant accounting items dealing with billing, credit, etc.Communicate with both management and customers on issues revolving around billing.Enters Utility and Employee expenses.Assist Service Department with invoicing.Complete credit memo log and audit monthly.Complete a weekly shipment audit.Communicate with sales team on a regular basis.All other duties assigned.Qualifications:Associate or bachelor’s degree in an accounting related field is preferred.Proven experience in the accounting field.Highschool diploma or GED is required.Must have background using Microsoft 365 Suite.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Attention to detail.Ability to communicate clearly and have strong communication skills.Team player and willing to help others.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Self-motivated and can work independently.The typical hourly rate for this position ranges from $27.00 - $29.80 / hr. in Illinois. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade in which this position falls.
